Why this page exists

Curative members have a specific and fairly common problem: the plan is newer and smaller than the national carriers, so directory listings are thinner and a lot of practices either do not take it or cannot say for certain whether they do.

Confirming your specific plan

Curative operates more than one product in Texas, including employer-sponsored coverage. Because plan design varies, we verify the specific product rather than the carrier name.

Call the office with the plan name on your card and we will check it against our contracted products. If we are not in network for your particular product, you will hear that plainly rather than after the visit.

What we handle

Annual physicals and preventive screening, chronic conditions including diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol and thyroid, sick visits, weight management, women’s health, men’s health and telehealth where it fits.

We see patients age 16 and older. We do not provide pediatric, prenatal or emergency care.

Costs

Preventive care is covered in full under most plans. Problem-focused visits apply to your copay or deductible, and when both happen in one appointment both are billed. We explain that in the room rather than letting a statement do it. See why your annual physical came with a bill.
