Primary Care for Keller, TX Patients

We see patients age 16 and older.

Keller is a straight drive east on FM 1709, and you never have to get on a highway. From Keller Town Center it’s usually twelve to eighteen minutes depending on how the lights fall.

Getting here from Keller

FM 1709 east turns into Southlake Blvd as you cross into Southlake. Follow it east, then head north toward the SH 114 corridor and Kirkwood Blvd.

From the north side of Keller near Bear Creek Park or the Keller Pointe, take Keller Smithfield Rd south to FM 1709, then east. From the US 377 side, cut east on FM 1709 and stay on it.

Why Keller patients come this direction

Keller residents often end up driving toward Alliance or into Fort Worth for primary care, which means highway time and a parking garage. Coming east instead keeps you on surface streets and puts you in a lot with free parking twenty feet from the door.

The practice itself is small, which is the real reason people switch:

  • You see Rachael Bowen, FNP-C every visit, not whoever is available
  • Same-day slots held open Tuesday through Friday, plus Saturday afternoons
  • Labs drawn in the office
  • Enough appointment time to actually finish the conversation

Dr. Farhan Abdullah, DO is our Medical Director.

Annual physicals, chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, and thyroid disease, Medicare Annual Wellness Visits, preventive and cancer screening, and same-day sick visits.

Questions from Keller patients

How long does it take to get there from Keller?

Usually twelve to eighteen minutes from Keller Town Center, depending on the lights on FM 1709. It's a straight drive east with no highway involved.

Is it easier than driving into Fort Worth or Alliance?

For most Keller residents, yes. You stay on surface streets the whole way and there's free parking at the door instead of a hospital garage.

Do you see Medicare patients from Keller?

Yes. We provide Medicare Annual Wellness Visits and manage chronic conditions for Medicare patients. Bring your card and your full medication list.

Can you take over prescriptions I've been getting elsewhere?

Yes. Bring your bottles or a printed list, and sign a records release at your first visit so we can pull your recent labs rather than repeating everything.
