Primary Care for Grapevine, TX Patients
We see patients age 16 and older.
Grapevine is about five or six miles east of us, which is roughly ten to twelve minutes on SH 114 outside of rush hour. If you work anywhere in the airport corridor, we’re one exit off your normal drive.
Getting here from Grapevine
SH 114 west from Grapevine, exit toward the Kirkwood Blvd area. From Historic Main Street, head north to SH 114 and go west. From the Grapevine Mills side, take SH 121 north to SH 114 west.
If you’re coming from around Lake Grapevine or the north end of town, SH 26 to SH 114 is usually the cleaner run.
Why Grapevine patients cross over
Grapevine has plenty of medicine, most of it attached to a hospital system. That’s the right answer when you need a hospital. It’s a frustrating answer when you need twenty minutes with someone who knows your history and can adjust your blood pressure medication.
We’re independent, which means:
- Referrals go where you want them to go, not where a system directs them
- Same-day sick appointments are realistic rather than theoretical
- You see Rachael Bowen, FNP-C every time
- Free parking at the door instead of a garage and a long corridor
Dr. Farhan Abdullah, DO is our Medical Director.
Convenient for the airport corridor
A lot of people who live in Grapevine or work near DFW find a midday appointment easier than an evening one. We’re a few minutes off SH 114 with parking directly in front, so a routine visit generally fits in a lunch hour.
What we provide
Annual physicals, ongoing chronic condition management, same-day sick visits, preventive screening, women’s health, and men’s health.
Patients age 16 and older. No pediatrics, no prenatal care, no emergency services. For an emergency, call 911.

Questions from Grapevine patients
How far is it from Grapevine?
Roughly five to six miles from Historic Main Street, usually ten to twelve minutes on SH 114 west outside of rush hour.
Are you connected to a hospital?
No. We're an independent primary care practice. If you need hospital care or a specialist, we'll refer you and coordinate with them, and you keep your choice of where to go.
I work near DFW Airport. Can I come on a lunch break?
Many patients do. We're a few minutes off SH 114 with parking at the door, so a routine visit usually fits inside a lunch hour.
Do you handle travel-related questions?
We can review routine vaccines and general health advice before a trip. For yellow fever certificates and specialized travel vaccines you'll need a designated travel clinic, and we'll point you to one.
