Primary Care for Trophy Club, TX Patients

We see patients age 16 and older.

Trophy Club is about ten minutes east on SH 114, which for most residents is a shorter drive than heading toward Alliance or down toward Denton for primary care.

Getting here from Trophy Club

SH 114 east from Trophy Club Drive or Trophy Wood Drive, then exit toward the Kirkwood Blvd corridor in Southlake. It’s a straightforward run with no complicated turns.

From the Northwest ISD side of town and the Byron Nelson area, take Trophy Club Dr south to SH 114, then east. From Roanoke, SH 114 east works the same way.

Why Trophy Club patients come here

Primary care options immediately inside Trophy Club are limited, so most people end up driving somewhere regardless. Ten minutes east gets you a small practice where the appointment isn’t rushed.

What patients notice most:

  • The same nurse practitioner, Rachael Bowen, FNP-C, at every visit
  • Same-day slots held open each weekday for sick visits
  • Labs drawn in the office, so there’s no second stop
  • Free parking directly in front, flat walk to the door

Dr. Farhan Abdullah, DO is our Medical Director.

Good fit for ongoing conditions

The drive matters more when you’re coming back every few months. Patients managing diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol, or thyroid disease tend to value a short predictable trip and a provider who remembers the last conversation. Some also qualify for remote monitoring, which cuts down the number of trips entirely.

What we handle

Annual physicals, chronic condition management, same-day sick visits, Medicare Annual Wellness Visits, and preventive screening.

Patients age 16 and older only. No pediatrics, no prenatal care, no emergency care.

Questions from Trophy Club patients

How long is the drive from Trophy Club?

Around ten minutes on SH 114 east from Trophy Club Drive, outside of rush hour. Considerably shorter than heading toward Alliance or Denton.

Do you see Byron Nelson students?

We see patients age 16 and older, so high school sports physicals and school forms are fine. We don't provide pediatric care for younger children.

Is there an in-office lab?

Yes. Labs are drawn here, which saves the second trip that catches a lot of people out.

What if I need to be seen and you're booked?

We'll tell you straight away rather than leaving you waiting on a callback, and we'll point you to the nearest appropriate urgent care. For chest pain, trouble breathing, or stroke symptoms, call 911.
